Access Express tracks preventive care and Pay for Performance quality measures by interfacing with your disease registry. Access Express then identifies plan members who lack measures like childhood immunizations, mammograms, pap and chlamydia tests, as well as measures for managing chronic problems like asthma, diabetes and coronary artery disease.

 

Access Express creates online reminders for physician staff to input missing information or to note conditions that exclude patients from standard requirements. Providers update the online system to correct missing information.
